Maintenance Tips

1. Regular inspection and cleaning

External inspection: Make sure the inverter housing is not damaged, the air inlet is not blocked, there is no dust accumulation, and there is no sign of corrosion.

Internal inspection (requires professional personnel): Check whether the circuit board is dusty and whether the components are aging or loose.

Cleaning method: Use a dry soft cloth or compressed air to remove dust, and avoid wiping directly with water or a wet cloth.

2. Monitor the operating status of the inverter

LCD display: Check whether there are warnings or fault codes. If an error code appears, refer to the manual or contact the manufacturer for resolution.

LED indicator: Green indicates normal operation, and red may indicate a fault or error, and the cause needs to be investigated.

Sound check: If the inverter makes abnormal noises, such as humming or high-frequency screaming, it may be a fault in the cooling fan or internal components.

3. Check the cooling system
